Elle incarne cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de gestionnaires qui ont gravi les \u00e9chelons du milieu automobile en apprenant sur le terrain, lentement mais s\u00fbrement, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 devenir l\u2019un des pivots administratifs du\u00a0Groupe Fortin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aujourd\u2019hui, elle occupe le r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique de directrice de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, un poste qui exige autant de\u00a0rigueur que de doigt\u00e9 relationnel. Elle pilote 19 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et coordonne le travail des agents de\u00a0liaison, soutenue par une \u00e9quipe de gestion solidaire compos\u00e9e d\u2019un contr\u00f4leur, de trois\u00a0assistantes et d\u2019elle-m\u00eame. Ensemble, ils assurent la gestion comptable et RH de toutes les\u00a0succursales du Groupe Fortin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Une mission de patience et de p\u00e9dagogie.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son d\u00e9fi quotidien consiste \u00e0 harmoniser les pratiques \u00e0 travers le r\u00e9seau. Pour atteindre cet\u00a0objectif, elle doit uniformiser les proc\u00e9dures comptables, centraliser les proc\u00e9dures et les\u00a0op\u00e9rations, accompagner les employ\u00e9s avec les outils num\u00e9riques pour les aider \u00e0 s\u2019accomplir\u00a0dans leurs t\u00e2ches.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u202fSans oublier, pr\u00e9cise-t-elle,\u00a0que les\u00a0assureurs et concessionnaires exigent d\u00e9sormais une avalanche de donn\u00e9es : num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie, kilom\u00e9trage, preuves multiples pour les r\u00e9clamations de garantie\u2026\u00a0Une bureaucratie croissante qui rallonge les d\u00e9lais et\u00a0complexifie la gestion\u202f\u00bb.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Une \u00e9quipe solide et performante<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s 21 ans de carri\u00e8re, Joz\u00e9e Poulin n\u2019\u00e9prouve pas le besoin de r\u00e9inventer son r\u00f4le ; elle\u00a0poursuit son travail avec la m\u00eame constance m\u00e9thodique qui a marqu\u00e9 ses d\u00e9buts.
